Frequently asked questions
Which pump should I choose for a booster set?
For a flat or a house where one or two taps run at a time, a 0.5 HP pump (40 L/min) is enough. For several taps open at once, choose 1 HP (90 L/min). The press control starts and stops the pump by itself.
What tank size does a family need?
Count about 150 litres per person per day. For 4 people, a 1000 L tank covers a little over one day of water cut; choose 2000 L or more for several days.
Do you deliver water tanks?
Yes. Tanks up to 1000 L go in our own van; from 2000 L a flatbed truck is needed. The delivery price depends on size and town, and we confirm it by phone before you order.
Is installation included?
No, installation is done by your plumber. The packs contain the main parts; add the fittings and pipes your installation needs.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery for items in stock. For a made-to-order tank or special transport, we ask for a 50% deposit by bank transfer.
