Puis-je commander depuis la France ou l'étranger et me faire livrer en Tunisie ?
Oui. Vous choisissez vos articles depuis l'étranger (site ou WhatsApp), et nous livrons directement votre chantier ou votre famille, partout en Tunisie. Le destinataire de la livraison peut être différent de l'acheteur : indiquez simplement le contact sur place.
Comment payer depuis l'étranger ?
Le plus simple : votre famille ou votre maçon paie en espèces à la livraison, en Tunisie — vous n'avancez rien et aucun virement international n'est nécessaire. Si vous préférez tout régler vous-même, le paiement par virement (Wise ou bancaire) est possible.
Combien coûte la livraison ?
La livraison est offerte pour toute commande d'au moins 500 TND (nous prenons en charge jusqu'à 40 TND de frais — la quasi-totalité des commandes ne paie rien). En dessous, les frais sont calculés par colis, à partir de 9 TND. Pour le carrelage et les cuves, livrés par nos propres soins, les frais sont confirmés par téléphone avant expédition.
Les prix sont-ils plus chers pour les Tunisiens de l'étranger ?
Non. Les prix affichés sur sanitech.com.tn sont les mêmes pour tout le monde — pas de « tarif émigré », pas de marchandage. Les montants en euros affichés sont indicatifs (1 € ≈ 3,4 TND) ; vous payez en dinars.
Quels sont les délais, et comment suivre ma commande ?
Livraison en 2 à 5 jours ouvrables après confirmation (5 à 8 jours pour le carrelage et les cuves). Vous recevez le numéro de commande, et une photo de la marchandise livrée sur place vous est envoyée sur WhatsApp.
