7.1 Return Policy

You may return products within 10 working days of delivery — your right of withdrawal under Tunisian Law No. 2000-83 — provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been installed or used
• Products damaged by the customer
• Custom or special-order items
• Products without original packaging

7.3 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will refund the sums you paid within 10 working days, using your original payment method (cash or bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders).

7.4 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
